User data and uploaded case-related information are stored using industry-standard security and encryption measures. Case workflow data is isolated per user account.
Article 1 — Purpose of Data Collection
CREAIM INC. ("Company") processes personal and case-related information for the sole purpose of providing structured legal workflow and decision-support services. Case-related information, uploaded documents, evidence materials, and workflow data may be processed solely for structured decision-support services.
- Structured case workflow creation and management
- Timeline and evidence organization support
- Risk identification and decision-path analysis
- Document draft generation and case report creation
- Member account management and service authentication
- Service improvement and workflow quality analysis
Article 2 — Information Collected
The Company collects the following information to provide workflow and decision-support services:
- Account information: Name, email address, account credentials
- Case workflow information: Situation details, case type, parties involved, timeline events
- Uploaded materials: Documents, evidence files, supporting attachments provided for case structuring
- Usage data: Service interaction records, workflow progress, feature usage
- Auto-collected: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps, session data
Article 3 — Data Security & Encryption
User data and uploaded case-related information are stored using industry-standard security and encryption measures. The Company implements the following security protocols:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for uploaded documents and case materials
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Case workflow data is isolated per user account and not shared across accounts
Article 4 — Retention Period
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of the membership
- Case workflow data: Retained as long as the account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Uploaded documents and evidence materials: Retained per user control; users may delete at any time
- Payment and billing records: 5 years per applicable financial regulations
- Service usage logs: 12 months for service improvement purposes
Article 5 — Third-Party Sharing
The Company does not sell, rent, or share personal or case-related information with third parties for commercial purposes. Case workflow data and uploaded documents are never shared with third parties without explicit member consent, except as required by applicable law or court order.
Article 6 — Member Rights
Members may exercise the following rights at any time by contacting contact@creaim.ai:
- Access: Request a copy of personal and case-related data held by the Company
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of account and associated data
- Portability: Request export of case workflow data
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing in specific circumstances
